Sally writes about movement and mindfulness in midlife at her blog Fit Fab Fiftyish. She’s also studying to be a fitness instructor and a yoga teacher so she can help other midlife women navigate this time of life with achievable and nourishing ways to move their body.
Sally lives in Melbourne, Australia where she works in a support role in healthcare. She loves nothing more than getting out on her Stand Up Paddleboard.
