Research & Studies
There are four key pillars that help to support brain health: physical fitness, nutrition, socialization, and mental considerations (e.g., sleep, stress, mental challenges). Research shows that staying mentally engaged through challenging and stimulating experiences is a fundamental component of brain fitness.
BrainShape™ aims to provide aging adults with the tools necessary to help guide them through implementing healthy lifestyle behaviours across the four key pillars of brain health (physical fitness, nutrition, socialization, and mental considerations), and living Phase II with vibrancy and energy.
Community Engagement
For Dr. Andrea Wilkinson, her favourite part is engaging with the community and sharing knowledge about brain health. She loves interacting with her audiences (online and in-person) to learn more about who they are, and the plans they have for Phase II.
As a PhD trained researcher, Dr. Andrea loves engaging with audiences large and small in communities, at events and conferences, and through media productions.
