In this workshop, Dr. Andrea will focus specifically on brain resilience + creativity. A resilient brain is one that is dynamic and adaptable in the face of challenge. It is your brain's ability to improvise and find alternate ways of getting a particular job done. At this event, we'll talk about what you can do to cultivate a dynamically wired brain and how you can protect it. We'll also explore the role of creativity in building and maintaining a resilient brain.
