At BrainShape™ we believe that the human brain is malleable and flexible. Your brain adapts & changes in response to your experiences and the world around you. As such, brain health and mental resilience is highly personal. The power to optimize how your brain + body functions is in your hands, but you have to be willing to put in the work (consistently!), and get out of your comfort zone.
There are many similarities, and - of course - many differences between humans and other primates (e.g., chimpanzees and bonobos). What can we learn about our human experience and psychology when we look at animal behaviour and evolution?
